1. Eligibility
Participation in prize draws takes place online via the DillySocks online shop. Employees of DillySocks and persons under 18 years of age are excluded from participation.
2. Acknowledgment
I have taken note of the data protection information for participation in the prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, the general terms and conditions are accepted.
3. Participation Period
Our prize draws generally run for 30 to 45 days (e.g., newsletter prize draws). The duration is stated on the entry form.
4. Participation
All persons who register for our newsletter with a valid email address are eligible to participate. Participation in the prize draw therefore always implies subscription to the newsletter.
The decision is final and binding.
Each person may only participate in the prize draw once.
Participation via automated mass participation procedures by third parties is inadmissible.
5. Prize
The prizes vary with different prize draws. We explicitly state the prizes on the registration forms for the prize draws.
Vouchers of various values are regularly among the prizes. The vouchers can only be redeemed in the DillySocks online shop.
6. Prize Draw
In the event of multiple participants, the winner will be determined by lot.
The winners will be notified by email.
The prize draw will take place in the first two weeks after the prize draw.
7. Prize Acceptance Conditions
Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
The prize will be sent to the winners by email.

8. Prize Draw Winner.
The prize will be awarded to the grandmother of the participating winner. The grandmother may bring an additional person of her choice into her room.
9. Videographic Accompaniment
By accepting the prize, the winners also agree to participate in a half-day videographic accompaniment session at the hotel. A team will accompany and film the winners during this half-day for DillySocks' marketing and communication purposes. The consent includes the use of the resulting image and video material on all dillysocks.infomunication channels.
