Yes, the minimum order quantity for an order of individually designed socks is 200 pairs of socks per size and design. After that, it basically continues in increments of 100. The more socks you order, the cheaper the price per sock. You can find details in this table. And of course you are also welcome to contact us about this.

The costs depend on the following factors:

• Quantity: the larger the quantity, the lower the cost per sock ordered. We will be happy to send you a detailed overview on request, or we can provide it to you in a personal meeting.
• Sock type: You can currently choose between classic socks, sports socks/tennis socks, children's socks and sock boxes (3 socks in a designed gift box). The price varies depending on the sock category you choose. We would be happy to advise you personally.
• Sustainability standard: all of our socks are sustainable. For example, they are always made of organic cotton and meet the OEKO-TEX 100 standard. If you are looking for a particularly sustainable giveaway or a super ecological promotional gift for your customers, we offer the option of producing your customer gift using the GOTS standard. This standard is considered particularly sustainable in the fashion industry.
• Then there are details like printing the logo on the sock sole or the label that need to be clarified.

If you actually order socks from us, the creation of a sample is free of charge or included in the total price. If you do not confirm an order, we will invoice you for the costs of creating the sample.

Before you finally order your customer gift from us, we have the producer create samples. We then send these socks to you so that you can really see and feel your customer gift. You shouldn't buy a pig in a poke and it is very important to us that you are satisfied with the end result. A customer gift is far too important for that. They only go into production once you have approved the socks based on the samples.

No, we'll do that for you. Dillysocks' design services are 100% included in the price. This means we create the design according to your specifications and wishes.

As soon as we get approval for the design (after the sample), the production time of 6-8 weeks begins. If we work quickly together, we can get the samples you have approved into production within 10 working days. So if everything goes perfectly, we can design, produce and deliver the socks to you within 8 to 10 weeks. Of course, there are many factors that can speed up or slow down the process. If, for example, it is a promotional gift with a logo or a giveaway with your logo, the process can be completed in 6 to 8 weeks. Experience shows that more complex design requests can take longer. Basically, it depends on how many iterations of communication are needed before the socks can finally be ordered for production.

For adults, sizes 36-40, 41-46 or 38-42 can be produced as one size. The numbering is based on the shoe sizes commonly used in Europe. You can select a maximum of 2 sizes. You can choose from classic socks, sports socks - suitable as tennis socks and running socks and children's socks. Classic socks are suitable for everyday work and private life. The high-quality sports socks are particularly suitable as tennis socks. You can also use the sports socks for hiking or as running socks, for example. Our children's socks are reinforced at the heel and are particularly popular because of their funny and cute designs. All of our socks are at leastOeko Tex® 100-Standard certified. Yes, you can decide what content - text, symbols and images - goes on the label. In principle, the inside and outside can be designed. Of course, we will also make a suggestion and advise you, for example regarding legal aspects and therefore what has to be on the sock label. In addition to the standard label, there is also the option of a banderol. By sock label we mean the paper that holds a pair of socks together. The paper is made of 100% recycled paper and is therefore sustainable.

Yes, that is no problem. We offer a box of 3, as you can find in our shop, as a customer gift. Here you can get some inspiration: Gift boxes. If "only" one pair is to be packed in a box, we would have to look at it individually.

Yes, you can choose your company logo as the design for your socks. The logo will then be embroidered, not printed. Socks with an embroidered logo are of significantly higher quality and more elegant. A printed logo, for example, will wash out, or the print will quickly crack because the socks are subjected to a lot of wear on the foot. Embroidered socks last much longer and are therefore more sustainable. In general, all patterns in our socks are embroidered or woven. This way we guarantee top comfort, quality and it looks great too. You are sure to give your customers a sustainable customer gift.
