Where are DillySocks socks produced?

We currently produce in Portugal and Turkey. The country of production depends primarily on the design of the socks. This means that there are designs that we produce in Turkey and there are designs that we primarily produce in Portugal.

From which country are the socks shipped to the retailers?

We supply our Swiss customers from Switzerland and all international customers from Germany.

Do dealer customers have to pay customs?

No, since we deliver to international customers from Germany, there are no customs costs. And we deliver to our Swiss customers from the Swiss warehouse.

What are the minimum order quantities for retailers?

The minimum purchase for retailers is CHF / EUR 300. This corresponds to approximately 60 pairs of socks.

Are there delivery costs for retailers?

For orders under CHF / EUR 1,000, we charge our retail customers a flat delivery fee of CHF / EUR 10. Retailers who order over CHF / EUR 1,000 do not pay any delivery costs.

What is the material composition of the socks?

The material composition of the socks is primarily related to the design. Certain patterns and designs, for example, require more polyamide in production than others. The majority of patterns are made with around 70% organic cotton (GOTS), 28% recycled polyamide and 2% elastane. With this composition, the socks receive the GOTS certificate. If the proportion of organic cotton falls below 70%, our socks are certified with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. All of our socks have the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. This means we can guarantee that our socks are absolutely harmless to health because they are free from harmful substances.
